Our Rates
Uncontested divorce with no children- $995 Including all court fees, filing fees, and court appearances.
Uncontested divorce with children- $1495 Including all court fees, filing fees, and court appearances.
Contested divorces or uncontested divorces with significant assets will be charged on an hourly basis as follows:
$275 per hour- J. Michael Parsons
$195 per hour- Amanda M. Conley
$100 per hour- Paralegal
Property Division
Under Georgia state law, marital property-or property that was acquired during the course of the marriage-is to be equitably divided between you and your spouse. Our divorce lawyers will thoroughly assess your marital property and uncover any shared assets that your spouse is attempting to hide.
